Frieder LucklumFrieder Lucklum is professor in the Department of Electrical and Photonics Engineering at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU). He holds the position as head of the Centre for Acoustic-Mechanical Microsystems (CAMM) since 2020. Previously he worked as a senior research associate in the Institute for Microsensors, -actuators and -systems at the University of Bremen, Germany, and as senior scientist for the Austrian Center of Competence in Mechatronics. He received his Dipl.-Ing. (M.Sc.) degree in microsystems technology from the Otto-von-Guericke-University Magdeburg, Germany, in 2005, and his doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in the field of acoustic microsensors from the Johannes Kepler University Linz, Austria, in 2010. He is a Senior Member of IEEE and acted as Tutorial Co-Chair at the IEEE Sensors 2020 and IEEE Sensors 2021 conferences. His current research interests include acoustic metamaterials, miniature electroacoustic transducers, phononic-fluidic sensor systems, microacoustics, and additive manufacturing of microsystems.
