Social activities
The Welcome Party at De Hoorn on Monday September 19^th is included in your registration fee. However, to estimate the total numbers of attendees, please indicate whether you will attend the event or not. The Conference Dinner at Royal Museum of Fine Arts of Belgium on Wednesday September 21st costs 50€ per person.

Extra activities
During the MNE Conference, Lab Tours will be organized at both imec and MNS. If you are interested in such a tour, please indicate this in the tool. In August, you will receive an e-mail asking to confirm your registration. If you haven’t registered beforehand, you will unfortunately not be able to attend any of the tours.

If you want to use a bus ticket during your stay in Leuven, please indicate this during registration as well. Bus tickets can be picked up at the registration desk. There is one bus ticket per person, valid for 5 days, as from the first use of the ticket.

You can visit the beautiful Library Tower during your stay in Leuven. If you wish, you can receive a ticket to visit the Library Tower once, from Monday, Sept. 19^th to Friday, Sept. 23^rd. Please note that the number of visitors that are allowed to visit the tower at the same time is limited.

2. Registration deadlines
- July 6^th – AUTHOR registration deadline
- July 15^th – early bird registration deadline
- September 1^st – regular rate registration deadline

3. Registration process

- Confirmation of registration and payment:
You will receive a first email with an automatic confirmation that the registration has been received. After payment you will receive a second email confirming that we have received your payment. If you don’t receive these emails, either your registration or payment was unsuccessful – or there is a mistake in the e-mail address you used during registration. - Payment information:
All payments should be made in advance in Euro (EUR, €) at the moment of your online registration. Payments can be only done via credit card / paypal. An invoice will be sent after payment. During the conference, no payment in cash will be made available at the MNE2022’s reception desk.

4. Cancellation policy

Cancellations will be accepted in writing only (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ) and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee, the bank account number used during your transaction and/or the transaction number.
- Written cancellation received by July 15^th, 2022: 80% refund.
- Written cancellation received from July 15^th, 2022 until August 30^th, 2022: 50% refund.
- Written cancellation received on or after August 31^st, 2022: no reimbursement is possible.
A 50€ fee will be charged for all substitutions.
